About the Program
Are you a licensed healthcare provider seeking to participate in formally recognized public service within a structured, accountable system?
Community Healthcare Resources (CHR) operates a nonprofit, community-anchored framework that enables clinicians to deliver care to individuals demonstrating economic need, within their existing clinical settings.
Through this model, clinicians engage in documented public service under established standards of oversight, care delivery, and compliance. This service may align with federal programs such as the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program, which recognizes qualifying public service activity over time.

CHR Framework
Community Healthcare Resources (CHR) is a nonprofit institutional framework that establishes, supports, and documents formal public service roles for licensed clinicians within a cooperative model of care delivery.
Through structured oversight, standardized documentation, and community-anchored healthcare operations, CHR enables clinicians to participate in recognized public service activity aligned with federal student loan forgiveness statutes, including the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
The CHR Framework Provides:
-
A formal nonprofit cooperative role grounded in public service delivery
-
Institutional oversight and accountability systems for care documentation
-
Standardized time tracking and service verification protocols
-
Administrative alignment with federally recognized public service criteria
-
Ongoing governance to ensure continuity, compliance, and record integrity
Role of the Clinician
Clinicians within CHR operate as participants in a documented public service infrastructure, contributing to:
-
Delivery of community-based healthcare services
-
Maintenance of accurate and auditable service records
-
Participation in structured, nonprofit-aligned work activity
-
Adherence to established accountability and reporting standards
Public Service Alignment
Under current federal statutes, individuals engaged in qualified full-time public service activity (as defined by program requirements, including minimum hour thresholds) may satisfy conditions associated with long-term federal student loan obligations.
CHR does not function as a processor, intermediary, or approval body for loan forgiveness programs.
Instead, it provides the institutional environment, documentation systems, and operational structure within which qualifying public service activity is performed and recorded.
Documentation & Oversight
CHR maintains:
-
Consistent service logs and time records
-
Verified employment and role documentation
-
Standardized reporting frameworks aligned with federal definitions of public service
-
Ongoing administrative oversight to support audit-ready recordkeeping
CHR is not a program or enrollment service.
It is a governed nonprofit infrastructure through which clinicians carry out recognized public service, supported by saccountability, continuity, and long-term documentation.
